8:45 am Band Room opens. Be dressed on on the field by 9 am.
9:00 am Practice begins in theme t-shirts, black socks, marching pants, and marching shoes.
11:30 am Eat lunch. Load trucks and bus.
11:45 am Depart EGHS for Lake Park HS.
12:30 pm Arrive Lake Park HS. Change into uniform and unload truck.
1:30 pm Warm up. Area C.
2:15 pm Travel to field.
2:30 pm Perform Trapped in the Mind of Rapunzel
2:45 pm Return to bus/truck to put equipment away. Change out of uniform into theme t-shirt and hat. You must wear your theme t-shirt and hat when not wearing the full uniform.
6:00 pm Awards Ceremony
7:30 pm Finals. Performance time TBD. (If we aren't in finals then we will depart for EGHS after the 6 pm award ceremony, arriving at approximately 8:15.)
10:30 pm Awards Ceremony
11:30 pm Arrive EGHS and unload/put away all equipment and uniforms.
